Returns & Cancellations
Book Returns
We understand that you may wish to return a book for a number of reasons. Returning a book is not a problem. We accept any return for any book within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you would like to return a book, please e-mail us at returns@safarireaders.com, detailing your name and order number and a brief reason for your book return.

Once we have received your returns request, we will provide further instructions on how each book should be returned - subject to each location.
Upon receipt of your returned book(s), we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you originally placed the order.

Please note that any returned books must be unused in order to receive a refund and that (if applicable) the cost of shipping the returned book(s) will be at the cost and risk of the customer.

Order Cancellations

We understand that you may wish to cancel an order for a number of reasons. Cancelling an order is not a problem. We accept any order cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Please submit your request for cancelling your order as soon as possible by e-mailing us at: orders@safarireaders.com with details of your name, order number and a brief reason for your order cancellation.

If you would like to cancel an order beyond the 24 hour window with which the order was placed, please notify us as above and we will still do everything we can to cancel the order before any books are shipped.

Please note that once an order has been processed and the books have been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order and the returns policy will, from therein, come into effect.
